Dave VanAmerongen has been a proud resident of Niagara for over fifty years. After an impressive three-decade career in modular building, Dave, along with his wife, Pam, established Dave VanAm Inc. in 1990.
During his tenure in the modular building industry, he gained extensive knowledge about residential, institutional and commercial building. This experience shaped his understanding of diverse building projects and cultivated his commitment to excellence.
Dave built his company based on trust. To him, forging relationships with his customers through open and honest dialogues is just as crucial as delivering a high-quality product. Dave's ultimate goal is to transform his customers' dreams and desires for their properties into a reality they will cherish for many years. When he says "We build it right”, he means it.
